This an exciting opportunity for an experienced Agriculture and Rural Property Associate/ Partner to join one of the fastest growing law firms. The firm has been widely recognised for the high quality of work being carried out across all 6 locations which has recently been recognised by the Times who voted this firm of of the Best Law Firms of 2022.

This is a new team within the Poole Office and so the firm is looking for an experienced Agriculture and Rural Property Solicitor who is 6 years PQE upwards, to join the team and develop it further. This position would be the first within the team and so it would be any prospective candidate\'s responsibility to conduct business development to bring in new clients.

Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate would be able to work unsupervised, have technical legal and procedural knowledge of Agriculture and Rural matters as well as supervisory experience.
