Renewables Gases (part of ENGIE), manages multiple anaerobic digestion (AD) facilities throughout the South West region. These facilities supply eco-friendly energy to residences and businesses in the area.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Agriculture, Sustainability & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong agricultural background and a passion for sustainability. You will play a key role in managing crop and digestate logistics, supporting the feedstock and sustainability teams, and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee digestate logistics, operations, and spreading activities. Coordinate crop and feedstock logistics, including chicken litter Maintain and strengthen relationships with farmers and growers. Key role in supporting the Sustainability Officer in compliance with the International Sustainability & Carbon Certification. Support compliance with RHI Collect and analyse agronomic data to support sustainability calculations and supplier audits Assist with crop trials and promote best agricultural practices. Monitor and report on crop quality and storage conditions. Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Use Excel and other IT systems to manage data, raise purchase orders, and resolve invoice queries. Support the business development team with new projects. Work with the sustainability team to successfully deliver the Green Gas Support Scheme across the new sites.

Requirements:

Agricultural qualification or background (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and negotiation skills. A self-starter with excellent business acumen and the ability to work independently andas part of a small team. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems. A valid driving licence is essential.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience in crop quality analysis and sustainability reporting. Familiarity with PO systems and handling invoice queries. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
