We're now looking for an organised and proactive Agri-Food Project Coordinator to support this rapidly growing service and strengthen our impact across the sector.
In this role, you'll provide essential support across a range of supply chain service projects. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure client requirements are captured, tracked, and delivered. From coordinating projects and preparing proposals to gathering market insight and networking at events, you'll be at the heart of a team driving innovation and delivery in a fast-moving, high-impact industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Document client requirements to support tenders, service proposals, and ongoing communications
Attend meetings to capture project needs and maintain project documentation
Prepare presentations and proposals
Coordinate project timelines, costs, and KPIs, updating stakeholders and keeping timelines on track
Manage logistics for supply chain-related events and activities
Provide administrative support to the team
Attend a range of customer and sector events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and monitor marketing campaigns
About You:
Background in agriculture or experience within the food supply chain
Proactive, self-starter, with project management and problem solving skills
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders
Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite, with an aptitude to learn new systems and discover functionality to support the role and the streamlining of processes.
