About the Role

This is an exhilarating

field-based position

for a genuine self-starter who thrives working independently in the great outdoors while appreciating the support of a close-knit, expert team. You will be instrumental in supporting and delivering Agri-tech's advanced agronomic services, including the installation, monitoring, and interpretation of data from

smart sensor systems

and

automation units

used by leading growers in modern crop production.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on, on-site support and service

for key clients across the UK. Lead the implementation and management of complex

precision irrigation systems

. Collaborate closely with our small but dynamic technical and R&D team to deploy new technologies. Maintain the highest standards of professional communication and client relationship management.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

We are looking for a professional with a solid foundation in the agricultural industry.

Essential:

A

strong, practical background in agriculture, agronomy, or horticulture.*
Experience in soft fruit or advanced irrigation techniques is a significant advantage. Proactive, reliable, and expert at managing a dynamic, field-based schedule. A genuine enjoyment of working outdoors and an aptitude for

on-the-go problem-solving.

An excellent team player and clear communicator. Holds a full & clean UK driving license.

You must possess the existing, unconditional right to work in the UK.

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Location:

You must be living within a commutable distance to our

Shefford office (Bedfordshire)

, as regular office attendance is required for team collaboration and planning.
