Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated

AI & Automation Specialist

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for technology, strong interest in AI, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automations, integrating AI tools, and finding innovative solutions to technical challenges. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and the confidence to take ownership of projects in a growing business.

Duties

Design, build, and maintain business automations using tools such as

Make.com (8n8)

and

Airtable

. Develop lightweight scripts and integrations using

Python and APIs

. Experiment with

AI tools (LLMs such as GPT)

and apply them to real-world business processes. Troubleshoot technical issues and quickly find effective solutions. Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation. Document workflows and share knowledge with colleagues.

Skills

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (or strong self-taught background). Comfortable with Python and APIs. Interest in automation platforms (Make/8n8, Airtable, Power BI) and eagerness to expand your toolkit. Confidence working with AI tools (e.g. GPT, LLMs) and ability to apply them practically. Strong problem-solving ability and a "solutions-first" mindset. Quick learner who enjoys picking up new technologies. Energy, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
