Summary



The AI & Automation Specialist will play a key role in scoping, designing, and delivering AI-based solutions for clients. This includes identifying opportunities where AI adds value to the business and our customers, guiding technical implementation, and ensuring successful integration across project work. The role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between client needs and practical AI applications.

Key Responsibilities



Work with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities. Design and prototype AI/ML solutions (e.g., Copilots, chatbots, automation tools, data-driven insights). Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, APIs, and tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud AI). Develop proof-of-concepts and production-ready solutions where required. Collaborate with internal technical teams to integrate AI into internal systems, broader solutions and customer solutions. Provide training and documentation for clients to adopt AI effectively. Stay up to date with AI trends, regulations, and best practices. Assist with pre-sales by advising on AI feasibility and contributing to proposals.

Skills & Experience



Essential:



Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, and automation. Hands-on experience with AI APIs, frameworks, or platforms. Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferable). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Experience working on customer-facing projects.

Desirable:



Knowledge of data engineering and integration with business systems. Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning Ops practices. Experience with data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI considerations. Consulting or pre-sales experience.
