We're looking for a strategic and inspiring

AI Change & Adoption Lead

to accelerate the adoption of AI across the AA. This high-impact role will shape how AI tools and behaviours are embedded into our ways of working, driving measurable business value and cultural transformation. You'll work closely with senior leaders, product teams, and change champions to build excitement, capability, and momentum around AI.



As a confident communicator and experienced change leader, you'll bring a compelling narrative to the AI journey, coaching executives, engaging teams, and designing interventions that make adoption stick. This is a visible, enterprise-wide role at the heart of our digital transformation.

What will I be doing?



Develop and lead change strategies to embed AI tools and behaviours across the organisation. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, training, and value realisation. Champion cultural change through engagement events, storytelling, and community building. Coach ExCo and senior leaders to role-model AI-enabled behaviours. Design and deliver re-skilling programmes aligned to AI transformation. Monitor adoption metrics and recommend actions to improve uptake and impact.

What do I need?



Proven experience leading large-scale, tech-enabled change programmes in complex organisations. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-driven transformation. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including C-suite engagement. Confident public speaker and storyteller with proven demonstrable experience in high-visibility roles. Skilled in designing and executing cultural and behavioural change initiatives. Familiarity with Agile product development and digital transformation environments.
