Job Summary

We are looking for a experienced, resourceful, and highly independent AI Deployment Manager to join our growing AI team based in [Add location: EMEA/NA]. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our AI products within client environments, working at the intersection of product, operations, IT, and customer success.


This role requires a startup mindset, hands-on project leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex deployments involving multiple stakeholders, including clients' IT and security teams.


You will be responsible for end-to-end project management - from planning to go-live - ensuring our AI tools are seamlessly integrated into client operations. Experience with Smartsheet is a must, as you will own and manage project tracking, reporting, and dashboards.



Primary Job Responsibilities

Lead the deployment of AI software solutions across global client operations, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. Own project planning and tracking using Smartsheet - including dashboards, Gantt charts, task assignments, and stakeholder updates. Act as the bridge between internal product teams, customer success, and client-side IT/security stakeholders. Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure deployment success. Support client readiness, coordinating activities such as user testing, training, and go-live planning. Ensure compliance with client security, privacy, and infrastructure requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve deployment playbooks and best practices.

Competencies Required

About You






5+ years of experience in project management or customer success roles, ideally within a startup or tech environment. Proven track record managing software deployments into enterprise environments, preferably in AI, SaaS, or IT consulting. Expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet (building dashboards, workflows, and project plans). Highly autonomous and self-directed, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including working with technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with IT and security processes (e.g., data privacy, InfoSec reviews, SSO, integrations) during software deployments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment. Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.





Preferred qualifications






Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) Experience working with AI or automation technologies Experience working with multinational clients in BPO, CX, or enterprise environments
