Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking

AI Developer

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence models to support strategic business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise, proven experience in building scalable AI systems, and the ability to deliver high-impact solutions in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML models, from research and design to implementation and deployment. Evaluate and apply state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision as required. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions that are robust, ethical, and scalable. Architect, document, and maintain AI pipelines, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and compliance. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in production environments. Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI research and industry applications, and provide recommendations on future adoption. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal AI development practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred). 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a strong track record of delivering production-ready solutions. Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Demonstrated experience with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of data architecture, MLOps, and model lifecycle management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Commitment to ethical AI practices and compliance with data governance standards.
