Join our newly established Centre of Enablement and help shape the future of AI adoption across Asset Management. We're looking for an AI Enablement Coach who can inspire cultural change, drive innovation, and empower teams to integrate AI into their everyday work. What you'll be doing:

Driving user adoption of AI solutions across Asset Management Facilitating workshops and promoting knowledge sharing within the AI community Coordinating activities between enablement and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers Applying agile and Lean Six Sigma principles to improve processes and deliver measurable benefits Coaching champion networks and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning Monitoring and reporting on value generation, including adoption rates and efficiency gains Engaging stakeholders through communication campaigns and training sessions to build buy-in Listening to user needs and sharing success stories to strengthen organisational support


Qualifications



Who we're looking for:

Strong experience in agile delivery and Scrum leadership, ideally as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead Proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies or processes in a complex environment Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in business process improvement Familiarity with change management principles and best practices Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including senior stakeholders Professional certifications such as PSM I/II and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred) Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
