We are looking for a AI Enablement Manager to join our team.

Role Summary





This role supports Kaplan's ambition to build confident and capable use of AI across the whole business. You will help colleagues develop an AI-first mindset and understand how AI can make work more efficient, improve quality, and support our strategy and vision. You will empower teams to use the AI tools we provide, help them adopt new ways of working, and make sure we build value from our investment in GenAI.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Technology Adoption Lead, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role





This role suits someone who enjoys helping others succeed with new technology and can explain AI in clear, simple language. You will bring:

Demonstratable experience in using GenAI tools, developing effective prompts, and identifying practical AI use cases. Awareness of automation platforms and low/no-code tools. Confident communication skills with the ability to simplify technical ideas. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. Good business analysis and process-mapping skills. Good judgement on ethical AI use, data privacy and risk. Comfort working with metrics, evaluation and benefit realisation.
