The Role

We're building AI-powered infrastructure to support the life and workflows of a high-performance founder, executive team, and the entire company. As an AI Productivity Engineer, you'll work across automation, LLM integration, voice interfaces, and assistant design--everything from custom GPT tools to full workflows. This is a deeply creative, practical, and high-autonomy role where you'll be building the future of personal and enterprise productivity tooling.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain AI-powered assistants and tools, such as a Meeting Coach and AI Assistant. Build and optimize workflows using platforms like n8n for company-wide automation. Create data pipelines that process information with generative AI and sync with platforms like Notion, Evernote, and iCloud Notes. Integrate internal tools like Notion, Slack, and email via APIs to create seamless workflows. Translate ideas from the executive team into functional prototypes and iterate based on feedback and performance data.

Who You Are:

Highly curious, hardworking, and ambitious, with a passion for building AI systems that create a game-changing performance impact. Experience with OpenAI-compatible APIs, tool calling, and building chatbots and automations. Strong backend skills in Python or Node. Familiarity with workflow platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make. Strong communication and async documentation skills.
