About the role

AI Research Engineer

to join our Research Department, where you'll play a vital role in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions to enhance our engineering capabilities and customer care services.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, train, and implement AI models that directly impact our products and services. From integrating large language models into platforms, to fine-tuning neural networks and managing data pipelines, your work will help shape the future of how we deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing systems to enhance functionality. Developing and fine-tuning neural networks for real-world applications. Managing data flow and infrastructure to support effective AI deployments. Implementing state-of-the-art techniques to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborating with developers and project teams to ensure smooth deployment of AI models. Preparing and curating datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity. Staying ahead of the latest advancements in neural networks, LLMs, and telecommunications applications. Sharing insights and technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential

A degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence (or related field). Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Practical knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. A problem-solving mindset and strong teamwork skills. Ability to follow internal coding standards and development best practices.

Desirable

Experience hosting local LLMs (e.g., Llama, Qwen). Skills in additional programming languages. Familiarity with the YOLO Computer Vision Model.
