What You Will Do
You will work within our proprietary AI-powered growth system, structured client journey framework, and service delivery standards.
Weekly Responsibilities
Deliver campaigns using AI tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Zapier, Canva)
Own growth channels (SEO, paid ads, email, LinkedIn) end-to-end
Track and report results: traffic, leads, sales clearly and simply
Work with Account Manager for joined-up delivery
Use hospitality systems: short Looms, thank-you notes, voice notes to create client connection and loyalty
Follow checklists for speed, consistency, and quality
What This Looks Like Daily
Create AI-powered growth assets weekly (ads, emails, blog posts, landing pages)
Record client-facing Looms or updates per week
Deliver care moments per client per week (personalised Loom, voice note, surprise message)
Use our frameworks to deliver and track outcomes
Generate measurable growth in traffic, leads, or conversion rates across accounts
Who You Are
We need someone who can prove their ability to deliver results in this role.
Required Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing or growth delivery
Solid channel knowledge: PPC, SEO, content, email, LinkedIn
AI fluency: you know how to apply tools to get better outcomes faster
Outcome focused: you care about client success, not just activity
Systems mindset: you like templates, checklists, workflows
Service discipline: you communicate like a concierge, not a robot

ChatGPT prompt engineering for content creation and strategy
SurferSEO type tool for content optimisation and keyword research
Zapier/Make/n8n for automation and workflow building
Canva for visual asset creation
GA4/Data analysis and reporting tools
Integration of AI tools into marketing workflows
Marketing Channel Expertise
SEO:
Keyword research, content optimisation, technical SEO basics
Paid Advertising:
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads campaign management
Email Marketing:
Campaign creation, automation, segmentation

LinkedIn:
Organic posting, connection building, lead generation
