As an AI Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing strategic AI initiatives and projects to life across our retail banners.

You will lead projects, define timelines and budgets, and track progress against key milestones, ultimately ensuring successful and on-time delivery of projects that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance within our DIY retail environment.
What's the job?:

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new systems Maintain and build upon the business relationship between the Group AI delivery team and the retail banner teams Required to influence business stakeholders, supporting them with their project demands and requesting their support in the delivery of projects Meticulous planning Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as infrastructure, GCP, SAP, finance and store operations Proactive risk management and execution or escalations You will lead projects, define timelines and budgets, and track progress against key milestones Ensuring successful and on-time delivery of projects that enhance efficiency, customer experience and overall business performance within our DIY retail environment

What you'll bring:

Required Skills & Experience:

experience in delivery management experience including the full project lifecycle is crucial Experience in project delivery across diverse technology areas, e.g.: Pricing,Store operations,Logistics,Till systems, Retail web/app Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities A solid understanding of both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies is required with the ability to flex your approach to individual deliveries Previous experience in a retail environment required Strong planning capability and the ability to identify key dependencies across project activities Ability to identify and raise risks and issues in a timely manner Be customer focussed Have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to engage, connect and influence at all levels of the organisation
