Ebb&Flow is hiring its first AI Lead - a hands-on builder who can help shape early product ideas and turn rough concepts into working, impactful solutions.

This is a pivotal role in our journey, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving open-ended problems, and is excited to help define how AI is used across our platform.

What You'll Do:

Build and iterate on AI-powered tools and prototypes from scratch Work closely with product and engineering to shape early-stage ideas Deliver tangible outcomes - not just experiments, but tools people use Help define our AI strategy and grow with the platform

What We're Looking For:

Strong technical grounding in: GPT-based models LangChain Vector search Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Experience delivering AI into real products or commercial prototypes Ability to work independently with minimal direction A product mindset - you care about usability and outcomes, not just models
