AI Product Manager

, you'll help shape how we transform data and AI capabilities into real-world solutions that make a meaningful difference for our members, patrols, and partners. This is your opportunity to join a newly formed team with bold ambitions and the drive to deliver real impact.

What will I be doing?

Define the vision

: Craft and deliver a bold, user-centric product strategy for AI powered features and services.

Lead discovery

: Run ideation workshops and discovery sprints with designers, data scientists, and business experts.

Drive delivery

: Own the product backlog, write epics and stories, and guide cross-functional squads through agile delivery.

Measure impact

: Set KPIs and success metrics to track performance and continuously improve.

Stay ahead

: Keep your finger on the pulse of GenAI and ML trends to shape forward-thinking roadmaps.

Champion adoption

: Lead go-to-market and adoption strategies for new AI products.

Inspire product-thinking

: Be a voice for outcome-driven, user-first thinking across the organisation.

What do I need?

Expertise in product management, with experience in AI, ML, or data-driven products. A track record of launching GenAI or ML-based features into production. Strong understanding of the AI landscape and a passion for innovation. Confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A data-driven mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities.
