Summary

As the Director of Events you will play a pivotal role in shaping our event offerings and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This position is essential in driving the success of our events, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including private parties, corporate gatherings, and special occasions. Develop event concepts that align with the brand's vision and guest expectations. Manage budgets for events while maximizing profitability through effective upselling strategies. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events. Ensure exceptional guest services throughout the event planning process and during execution. Lead a team of event staff, providing training and support to ensure high standards of service. Monitor event performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in event management o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members effectively. Experience in fundraising or promotional activities is a plus but not required. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: 59,877.00-64,906.00 per year
