Responsibilities

Discover client requirements and pain points to propose and configure tailored solutions. Architect AI Knowledge Solutions leveraging eGain product capabilities and architecture in the context of the client's tech stack. Develop and present technical proposals and sharp RFP responses.

Education and Experience

7 years of experience in developing AI based solutions for customer service/Contact Centers Proficient in AI, cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integration methodologies. Masters in AI/Computer Science.
