About the Role




As our AI Solution Architect, you'll be a strategic advisor and evangelist for AI. You'll work across business units to identify opportunities, inspire adoption, and shape initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer outcomes. You'll champion the "art of the possible" while ensuring responsible innovation through strong governance and compliance.


This is a unique opportunity to influence how AI is used across the business, helping us deliver measurable value while staying aligned with ethical and regulatory standards.


What You'll Be Doing




Building trusted relationships with business leaders to promote AI, automation, and robotics. Identifying and assessing opportunities for AI-driven improvements in efficiency and service. Developing a pipeline of initiatives aligned to strategic priorities. Ensuring all AI activity complies with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements. Embedding guardrails and responsible AI principles across the organisation. Supporting delivery teams with business context, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Monitoring industry trends and contributing to our position as a responsible AI thought leader.

What We're Looking For




Essential:




Proven experience in business partnering, innovation, or change leadership. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business. Knowledge of compliance and ethical considerations in AI adoption. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional environments. Sector knowledge in Travel, Meetings, or Services.

Desirable:




Experience with AI governance frameworks or responsible AI policies. * Exposure to technology-enabled transformation projects.
