Description
intuitive is a UK-based, leading provider of travel technology. They are looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and AI?driven individual to join their application support team.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who is excited by AI and automation and has already explored these areas through personal projects, experimentation, or study. You will be supporting customers using intuitive's reservation platform, iVectorOne, and related applications. You will actively work to automate, augment, and ultimately reduce the tasks carried out manually.
The long-term intent of this role is ambitious; the goal is that much of the day-to-day IVO support workload should be automated or AI-assisted, freeing you to take on new problem-solving work across operations and engineering support. You will be supported with training, access to tools, and mentorship, but you will also be encouraged to experiment and challenge how support is delivered today. Success looks like:

The role is a full time position and is hybrid, with at least 2 days per week in the Croydon office.
As the support desk is open between 8am-5.30pm weekdays, you will be required to work a shift pattern, working either 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm.
