intuitive is a UK-based, leading provider of travel technology. They are looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and AI?driven individual to join their application support team.



This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who is excited by AI and automation and has already explored these areas through personal projects, experimentation, or study. You will be supporting customers using intuitive's reservation platform, iVectorOne, and related applications. You will actively work to automate, augment, and ultimately reduce the tasks carried out manually.



The long-term intent of this role is ambitious; the goal is that much of the day-to-day IVO support workload should be automated or AI-assisted, freeing you to take on new problem-solving work across operations and engineering support. You will be supported with training, access to tools, and mentorship, but you will also be encouraged to experiment and challenge how support is delivered today. Success looks like:

The role is a full time position and is hybrid, with at least 2 days per week in the Croydon office.



As the support desk is open between 8am-5.30pm weekdays, you will be required to work a shift pattern, working either 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm.



Main Duties and Responsibilities



AI & Automation:



Proactively identify repetitive, manual, or low-value support tasks suitable for automation Design, build, or configure AI-driven solutions such as: Ticket triage and categorisation AI-assisted troubleshooting and diagnostics Knowledge base generation and maintenance Customer self-service tools Measure and demonstrate impact through reduced ticket volumes, faster resolution times, or improved customer experience Document automations, workflows, and learnings clearly for reuse by the wider team Continuously ask: "How could AI do this better?"

Customer Support:



Resolve customer support tickets and queries accurately and efficiently Rapidly build knowledge of the iVectorOne platform and customer use cases Provide warm, empathetic, and highly competent customer service Manage client expectations and communicate clearly around issue resolution Ensure fixes are validated and tested before being released to customer environments

Key Skills, Experience and Capabilities



Essential

Strong academic A-Levels in Science, Computer Science and/or Mathematics Strong analytical, numeracy and problem solving skills Excited about AI with personal, work or study projects to prove this A strong interest in technology, IT systems, and application support Ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Self-motivated, able to prioritise and follow-through on tasks Willingness to learn and develop technical and customer support skills

Desirable

Exposure to scripting or programming (any language) Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts Basic knowledge of SQL or databases Familiarity with APIs or integrations Experience using tools such as Jira or other ticketing systems Previous experience in the travel industry

Able to commute to Croydon at least twice per week Strong academic skills in Science, Computer Science and/ or Mathematics

Training to be provided



Apprentify's Level 3 AI Activator Programme is designed to give individuals and businesses the knowledge and skills needed to use digital tools effectively and understand how AI can be used in a workplace. Full time hybrid Role - Main office based in Croydon, UK. Must be in the office at least 2 days per week.
