Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Utilise ATS tools such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for tracking applicants and managing the hiring workflow. Perform lead generation activities to build a robust talent pipeline. Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems and ensure compliance with company policies. Leverage social media management skills to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives.

Experience

Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in lead generation techniques and relationship management within a recruitment context. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous. A solid understanding of social media platforms for recruitment purposes is essential.
