About the Role:

GreenTrend is recruiting an AI Test Engineer to join a prestigious organisation.

We're looking for a

forward-thinking AI Test Engineer

to join our Core AI Services team. This role is about making sure our distributed, cloud-native services and public APIs are

secure, reliable, and high-performing

- the foundation for enterprise AI. You'll work in a Scrum team alongside developers, architects, and data scientists, creating

automated testing frameworks, AI evaluation tools, and validation strategies

What You'll Do:

Test and validate

cloud-native services

deployed on Microsoft Azure. Build and run

automated test suites

for APIs, service components, and AI pipelines. Automate evaluation of

AI system outputs

for accuracy, safety, and consistency. Collaborate with teams to define

quality metrics and observability hooks

. Ensure compliance with

AI regulations and standards

(NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act). Take part in

threat modelling

and security testing for APIs and AI services. Share feedback early to improve design and reduce defects. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a

culture of innovation

.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

Software Testing & QA

- Testing/validation for cloud-native apps

Automation

- Knowledge testing frameworks (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or custom).

API Testing & Security

- Strong knowledge of

API testing, performance profiling, OWASP Top 10, and penetration testing

.

AI & ML Expertise

- Familiarity with

LLM evaluation techniques, output scoring, AI validation frameworks

, and concepts like

prompt engineering, RAG, model orchestration, hallucination detection

.

AI Testing

- Experience validating AI models for

accuracy, relevance, consistency

, and defining

performance metrics

for AI services.

Ethical AI & Compliance

- Awareness of

AI safety, bias detection, explainability

, and ensuring compliance with

NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act

.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Strong problem-solving skills, Agile team experience, and proven ability to

mentor junior team members

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 41,500.00-45,500.00 per year
