Role: AI/ML Developer Lead - Azure OpenAI

Location: UK / Poland (Remote occasionally travel to office)

Job Type: Contract (UK 350 Inside IR35 / Poland 250 Euro)

Experience Level: 6+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer Lead to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI services (GPT, DALLE, Codex, etc.). You will lead the architecture and implementation of AI/ML solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure Machine Learning.

Architect secure, scalable, and high-performance AI/ML systems on Azure.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered products.

Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific use cases.

Integrate AI models into enterprise applications using APIs and Azure Cognitive Services.

Define and enforce best practices in AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance.

Deliver end-to-end document processing and OCR solutions.

Implement GenAI/NLP solutions for tasks like text classification and entity extraction.

Key Skills:

Azure OpenAI (GPT, DALLE, Codex)

Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services

Document Processing and OCR technologies

GenAI/NLP - Text classification, Entity extraction

Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with REST APIs

Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering

Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and security best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 350.00 per day

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London E14
