Your Mission

Lead the design, development, and deployment of the AI-powered matching and data intelligence layer that powers Savortex smart space.

This is a founding-level engineering role, where your work will directly shape the platform's IP, data architecture, and core algorithms, defining the future of how AI interacts with real-world spaces and human behaviour.

Core Responsibilities

Design and implement the LLM-driven matching engine. Build and train machine-learning models. Integrate and optimise multi-source data pipelines. Lead AI experimentation and model evaluation, including A/B testing and reinforcement learning loops. Develop and deploy real-time dynamic pricing algorithms optimised for supply-demand balance. Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to ensure seamless AI integration across the stack. Establish observability tools to monitor AI performance, accuracy, and commercial ROI. Ensure scalable and resilient architecture for millions of concurrent global users.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science for production-scale platforms. Proven success in commercialising AI-powered consumer or marketplace apps (10K+ concurrent users). Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and LLM applications. Advanced proficiency in Python, with strong experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, Lambda, Amplify, EC2, RDS). Expertise in data architecture, APIs, and large-scale data pipeline design. Strong command of CI/CD, security, and scalability best practices. Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills -- able to work autonomously in a startup setting.
Preferred Experience

Previously worked at or helped build products for top-tier technology companies (Google, Meta, Microsoft, AWS, Airbnb, Booking.com). Experience with real estate, travel, or booking platforms. Background in deploying AI models within mobile ecosystems (React Native or hybrid apps). Prior involvement in early-stage or scaling startups, ideally in an AI-first environment.
