You must have a proven Air Conditioning background/HVAC - please do not apply if you don't have this

Sub Cool FM a established Air Conditioning, HVAC service provider which cover installations

Small Domestic AC installs

Large CAT A, fit outs

Mechanical projects 50k-1.5million (acting as principal contractor)

With our continuing growth, were taking on small to large project works on a national basis. we are stepping into larger territories, work loads, different avenues. With this comes new opportunities for long term prospects

We currently require a strong established, reliable, trustworthy Contracts / Sales Manager to be able to cover the below

DIRECT tasks:

Management of Mechanical projects- 2.5-500k Direct sales to Home owners / Commercial properties of air conditioning installations 1k-50k Direct interaction with our customers Establish strong relationships with clients Establish new relationships with new clients Support to our engineers- lead our in house engineers Support our current office / subcontractors Health and safety of projects / overall management

Non direct tasks

Create innovative measures to offer "added value to projects

Improve our current service database, by either bringing previous clients OR upselling our services to existing (both)

Bring an experience proven approach to our business to add to our existing growth.

Strong sales background Driven in project performance Friendly, but firm Supportive to all stakeholders Technical Willing to do whatever it takes Must be able to fit into a diverse team Must be punctual and honest Must be able to read drawings
The ideal candidate must have A/C experience. Can be a Senior Engineer looking at partly coming of tools

This is a role which will be evolving constantly, as our business continues to progress.

Salary: 47.000-50,000.00 per year with BONUS Commission (up to 12.000 per annum)
