Responsibilities
Design, install, and maintain air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Conduct regular inspections of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
Perform equipment repairs and troubleshooting on various air conditioning systems.
Collaborate with team members to develop efficient solutions for complex HVAC challenges.
Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to aid in installation and repair processes.
Provide leadership and training to junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, equipment installed, and parts used.
Requirements
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in building and maintaining air conditioning systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
Proficient in equipment repair techniques related to HVAC systems.
Familiarity with interpreting schematics and technical drawings is essential.
