Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a full cat 1 Fgas 2079 and will possess a strong background in multiple air conditioning systems, with the ability to install to specific drawings . This role requires mechanical knowledge and the capability to interpret schematics, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and reliably. Leadership skills are also essential, as you will be expected to guide and support junior engineers .Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Design, install, and maintain air conditioning systems in various environments. Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on existing systems to identify issues and implement repairs. Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to ensure proper installation and maintenance of equipment. Perform equipment repairs, including troubleshooting mechanical failures and replacing faulty components. Collaborate with other engineering professionals to develop innovative solutions for air conditioning challenges. Lead training sessions for junior staff on best practices for equipment maintenance and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all engineering activities.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning systems and components. Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings. Experience in equipment repair with a focus on air conditioning units. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within a team environment. Leadership skills to mentor junior engineers and technicians effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly.
