The Job:

Air Conditioning facilities engineer working primarily in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure a high-level availability of all Air conditioning plant and equipment Electrical fault-finding and diagnosis Mechanical fault finding and repair Ability to complete all PPM and reactive callouts to a full commercial range of air conditioning system Brands in a range of key clients premises Any other tasks to support the maintenance and facilities function

The ideal candidate should be/have:

Apprentice trained experienced Airconditioning Engineer City & Guilds 2079 Excellent fault finding/diagnostic skills Highly motivated attitude to working to a demanding schedule and be keen to work all over Northern Ireland Capable of updating and completing all aspects of both the customers and our own in house service management systems Full UK Drivers Licence
