Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and checking refrigerant levels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units and make necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret technical schematics and manuals to ensure proper installation and repair procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior technicians when necessary.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in building, installing, and repairing air conditioning systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repair work.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide clear instructions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
