Role Overview
As an Air Conditioning Service Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced engineers to learn all aspects of air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair. You'll gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
Shadow engineers to learn best practices and industry standards
Support the service team with administrative tasks and customer communication
Carry out basic troubleshooting and diagnostics under supervision
Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations on every job
Complete required coursework and training as part of your apprenticeship
Skills & Qualities We're Looking For
Strong interest in the HVAC industry and a willingness to learn
Good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in and help
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
Basic understanding of technical systems or mechanical aptitude is a bonus
Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to develop professionally
