We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining air conditioning and ventilation systems. This role requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing high-quality service and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation units.

Duties

Maintain air conditioning and ventilation systems in residential and commercial properties. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues with equipment. Perform equipment PPM with precision, ensuring all work meets industry standards. Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers or apprentices as needed. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future maintenance. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to air conditioning systems.

Experience

Proven experience in air conditioning and ventilation maintenance is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively. Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings is highly desirable. Previous leadership experience or the ability to mentor junior staff will be considered an asset. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective client interactions.

Pay: 33,000.00-39,000.00 per year
