Reservations Agents - Air Peace (UK Representation)

Hours:

Full Time 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday

Based:

World Business Centre (near Heathrow).

Salary:

Base GBP27,000 plus annual bonus

As the

General Sales and Services Agent (GSSA) of Air Peace in the UK

, APG is seeking

two Reservations Agents

to join our team, supporting passenger and travel agent enquiries via telephone and email.

About the Role

The successful candidates will play a key role in providing high-quality service to customers and trade partners. Core responsibilities will include:

Assisting with ticket issuance, amendments, refunds, and exchanges. Handling enquiries from travel agents and passengers efficiently and professionally. Responding to queries regarding Air Peace's network, policies, and services. Coordinating with the airline's Head Office to resolve customer issues. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who can bring a strong mix of technical and customer service skills. Essential requirements include:

Previous experience in the airline or travel industry. Knowledge of

Amadeus

(or at least one GDS/airline reservations system). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
