Salary

47,683+ depending on experience


What you'll be doing



Working within a multi-disciplined team to break down project requirements into work packages Establishing, maintaining and managing project plans and schedules Tracking spend and controlling project costs Analysing project performance, using techniques such as Earned Value management Understanding the key project performance issues and projecting future performance trends Managing emerging risks and opportunities to the benefit of the project/programme

Your skills and experiences




Essential




Experience within a similar role working on complex projects A willingness to take on people management responsibilities within the team Validated analytical skills - comfortable working with data to identify issues and trends Ability to confidently engage with a wide variety of people - to capture a view of real-world project status and communicate issues and trends based on data analysis Operated a project control system to define progress & identify programme performance issues

Desirable




Degree or equivalent experience in a business-related subject. A formal project management qualification or working towards Experience in a complex environment

The Air PM team





You will be contributing to complex national and international projects within the Air Sector of BAE Systems. Within this role you will be given the opportunity to obtain tangible delivery experience.
