Key Responsibilities
Install
Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP)
systems in domestic properties.
Carry out
commissioning, servicing, and maintenance
of ASHP systems.
Ensure all work complies with
MCS standards
, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
Provide clear communication and excellent customer service during and after installations.
Collaborate with other engineers and supervisors to deliver high-quality, efficient installs.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience installing ASHP systems or similar low-carbon heating technologies. (preferred but not essential)
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
Level 3 Award in the Installation & Maintenance of Air Source Heat Pump Systems (preferred).
WRAS Water Regulations (preferred).
Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification (preferred).
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of ASHP systems, heat loss principles, and system design.
