You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining short-term rental properties to the highest standards, ensuring every guest experiences comfort, cleanliness, and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and laundry to ensure a spotless environment.
Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly handling waste disposal and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
Execute specialized floor care including carpet cleaning and polishing to keep floors looking their best.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for restocking or maintenance.
Communicate effectively with property owners or managers regarding cleaning schedules or property issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Experience
Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings.
Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
Familiarity with laundry processes and handling linens efficiently.
Prior experience in residential cleaning or vacation rental turnover is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with guests or property owners.

Pay: 12.21-14.21 per hour
