Overview

To meet an increasing demand for Airbnb cleaning across Stirlingshire we're looking for reliable and detail-oriented self-employed cleaners to join our team.

Due to the nature of Airbnb cleaning work, requirements will vary week-to-week and we're looking for flexibility across a 7 day period to cover for short notice bookings, although most will be booked well in advance. Changeovers vary from 2hrs minimum to 4hrs, with the hourly rate being 14/ph. For the successful candidate additional permanent (guaranteed) hours will be available for our domestic private household clients, up to a max of 30 hours per week.

All cleaning products provided Flexible school hours available between 9 am - 3pm.

Own transport beneficial, be able to provide references and willing to apply for an up-to-date disclosure Scotland check.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the properties you clean. Manage your time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled hours. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good communication skills for interacting with clients.
