Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Airbnb Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our airbnbs. This position requires a strong eye for detail.
This is a self employed role covering: You will be asked about areas on interview.
Area 1: Glasgow & Paisley
Area 2: North Lanarkshire and Falkirk
Area 3: South Lanarkshire and Glasgow East
Responsibilities
Ensure all Airbnbs are cleaned to the highest standards, paying attention to detail. Communicate effectively with cleaning staff Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning checks. Maintain/replenish cleaning supplies and equipment, Pack laundry bags and supplies for your Airbnb area Drive to various locations as required. Managing cleaning group chats and cleaning app Training of new cleaning staff
Qualifications
Proven experience in a hospitality cleaning role (either hotel or Airbnb) Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. A valid driving licence and car is essential for travelling between job sites. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility in working - Airbnb cleans can be last minute and a lot of ad-hoc work is involved.Pay: 15.00 per hour
