Draken Europe is looking for a dedicated and skilled Aircraft Fitter (Electrical) to join our team in Helston, Cornwall. About the Role



As an Aircraft Fitter (Electrical), you'll play a key role in supporting our maintenance operations, ensuring aircraft are serviceable and meet operational requirements. You'll be involved in:


Electrical maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft systems Supporting Line Operations, Base Maintenance, and Modification Embodiment Ensuring compliance with CAA Part 145/MIL Part 145 standards Completing documentation and using Aerotrac systems for material control Promoting a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
What You'll Bring


Recognised Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent training Experience with pressurised/unpressurised aircraft (King Air B350ER experience is a plus) Skilled in electrical loom manufacture, fitting, and testing Familiarity with Human Factors and Health & Safety procedures Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
? Desirable Skills


Previous experience in military or commercial aviation Proficiency with MS Office and technical documentation Knowledge of ITAR and UK compliance requirements Certificate in Human Factors (preferred)
