Additional Information

As part of our ongoing outreach and commitment to supporting local communities, we are actively prioritising applications from candidates based in the local area. By fostering this approach and investing in local talent, we will contribute to economic growth and community development in our area as well as building a strong, connected, and committed team.

If you already hold a relevant qualification or licence (for example, a CAT A licence or degree) or have significant, relevant experience, we are required to review this as apprenticeship funds cannot pay for training and assessment that is duplicated. This is particularly relevant where your existing qualifications are at a higher level than a level 3 apprenticeship. If your recognition of prior learning and experience (RPLE) means that there isn't enough new training left to deliver, you may not be eligible for a funded apprenticeship place because the remaining programme would fall below the minimum delivery thresholds of this qualification.
