Role Summary

To support our growing Part 145 Team and assist in the maintenance of various aircraft types.

You will primarily be assisting our B1 Engineers during the arrival and subsequent storage and maintenance checks performed to maintain aircraft serviceability prior to entering part out

Main Responsibilities

Working as part of a team to ensure the safe and compliant maintenance of aircraft. To read/interpret AMMs & IPCs. (Additional training will be given). Accept training in Part 145 Procedures, HF, EWIS & FTS. Working as a team to ensure aircraft are maintained IAW with team approvals. Train to wrap engines in protective film. To raise any non-conformities/risk of damage/ safety hazards to your manager. To work closely with the B1 Engineers and the maintenance manager. To actively participate support the daily reviews, Team Project Boards. To work with various tools/equipment and ensure all items are always maintained and in a good state of repair. Perform routine tooling inventory checks. To actively support the continuous improvement projects within the business to help improve quality, productivity, etc. and to raise issues and opportunities for efficiency improvements. To promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines. Supporting the delivery of KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity to maintain operational growth. Be available to be trained to tow aircraft and operate equipment within the airfield environment. Work with help from the business to attain a Part 66 A license. With expectations of working towards a B license. It is a condition of employment that you are prepared to perform reasonable duties associated with, or different from those specified in your job title and description at the request of the Management or should the needs of the business demand such.

Good communication skills Team player (Hands on) High Attention to Detail Excellent Hand skills Good level of physical fitness Energised/Enthusiastic with a professional 'can do' attitude. Hangar and/or Line experienced Demonstrable experience in aircraft maintenance. Recognised Aircraft Maintenance Apprenticeship or equivalent Valid UK/EU driver's license Fluent in English Good computer literacy Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
