Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced

Aircrew Roster Planner / Crewing Assistant

to sit within the OCC based at Humberside Airport. This is a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient rostering and management of crew schedules.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for airline crew operational issues. Creation of crew rosters in accordance with inhouse and regulatory policies. Maintaining and amending changes to crew members rosters. Working collaboratively with the OCC team to ensure the operating program is always maintained. Daily administration of crew HOTAC and transport. Production of FTL reports to ensure compliance and avoidance of fatigue in aircrew. Solve operational challenges, including crew shortages, absences, and other disruptions. Maximising crew resources effectively, identifying irregularities and exploring re-crewing options. Proactive problem solving in relation to commercial matters.

Requirements

Must have experience within the Aviation, Logistics or Marine industries. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have strong organisational and time management skills Capable of thriving in a fast-paced dynamic environment Will have knowledge of system generated roster programs, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel, as needed
