ROLE



In this Hybrid position, you'll be responsible for delivering airflow control BMS services-including design, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support-across projects and service contracts. You'll be instrumental in supporting our growing client base while collaborating with colleagues.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Commission and maintain airflow control BMS (Tridium based product) Diagnose and resolve faults across a variety of applications. Provide expert technical support and develop effective solutions to meet client needs. Collaborate with our project teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. Produce clear technical documentation such as commissioning reports, system schematics, and O&M manuals. Responding and following up and closing out on customer enquiries. Responsible for ensuring that all works are completed to the highest quality standards. Responsible for ensuring that all works are completed in accordance the site safety standards including works completed by Critical Airflow sub-contractors. Good Documentation Practices

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in a BMS engineering role. Hands-on experience with Tridium systems is essential. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control strategies, and energy management principles. Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. Experienced in integration protocols (Lon and BACnet preferable) Ideally have a good knowledge of IT networks and IP Configuration Working knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint). CAD knowledge would advantageous Excellent communication skills, a confident and effective decision maker, with a proven ability to influence others. Team player, with a flexible approach but also able to work under own initiative. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence. CSCS Skill card registered.


EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering). Previous experience working within Pharma / Cleanroom environments would be advantageous.

Must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel as working abroad (mainly in Ireland) is also a requirement when project programmes demand

As this is a traveling role candidates can reside in various locations but ideally London to Bermingham ( M40 corridor) or Manchester but other locations will also be accepted.
