We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Airfreight Import Coordinator

to join our team. Whether you're just starting out in logistics or bring years of industry experience, this role offers the chance to grow, contribute, and--if you're ready--step into a supervisory position.

You'll also have the opportunity to provide cover when the Airfreight Manager is on leave, making this an ideal role for someone who is looking to gain or expand their leadership experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

Communicating with customers and keeping them updated on their shipments Liaising with origin agents and service providers Preparing and issuing quotations Setting up new service providers Visiting clients when required Approving purchase invoices Supporting or managing the team during manager absences

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates at different stages in their careers. While experience in airfreight imports is a plus, it's not a requirement -- we'll provide full training for the right candidate. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your attention to detail, and your ability to work well in a team.

Ideally, you'll bring:

A genuine interest in logistics and coordination Basic Microsoft Excel and Office skills Good maths skills and written English Ability to work from our office (this is an on-site role) Previous experience with ASM Sequoia is helpful but not essential
If you already have experience in logistics or airfreight, fantastic -- we can shape the role to suit your level. If you're newer to the industry, we'll support you with structured training and hands-on learning.
