Airline Key Account Manager
to join our UK team, working with
Air Peace
- our latest airline client which operates to both London Gatwick and London Heathrow.
About Air Peace:
Air Peace is a leading Nigerian airline founded in 2013 and committed to providing safe, reliable, and affordable air travel across Nigeria, Africa, and beyond. Headquartered in Lagos, it operates both domestic and international routes (including London), connecting major cities with a growing modern fleet.
Role Overview:
As an Airline Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving Air Peace's growth in the UK market. You'll proactively manage key business relationships with travel companies and strategic partners, with a focus on building market share, increasing revenue, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop passenger sales across all market sectors through a targeted, segmentation-based sales strategy
Implement business plans and incentive agreements with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts
Attend meetings, trade events, and industry functions to promote Air Peace and raise brand awareness
Negotiate and manage partnerships with senior decision-makers and travel industry stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years' proven commercial sales experience in an airline environment
Strong existing relationships within the UK travel trade
Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and close sales through proactive engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A collaborative team player with drive, initiative, and a creative approach to business development
Strong academic background
