Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for Lounge Agents based at Aberdeen Airport.

The successful candidates will perform the following functions:

Provide to the passengers an exceptional level of customer service at all times Greet passengers as they enter the Lounge and introduce them to all aspects of the Lounge product, advising them of all available services and offering assistance where required Assist operational staff in a proactive manner, to ensure passenger needs are met by undertaking seat changes, issuing of boarding cards, check-in of transit passengers,and reservation changes Keep all passengers in the lounge informed regarding their flight departure and any other information pertaining to their flight Answer phone calls and other duties assigned as directed by the shift leader.
The successful applicant will need to be service minded individual, preferably with previous experience working in other customer facing roles.

Key competencies include flexibility, teamwork skills, accuracy and the successful applicant must be fully conversant with using a computer. You should also have the ability to work in pressurised situations.

The position will involve shift work, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Applicants must be able to provide 5 years checkable references and provide a clear criminal record check.
