Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Training & Procedures Manager
to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
This role requires a procedures expert with strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with airline partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and managing a well-organised library of training resources.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management:
Ensure all training documents and SOPs are accurate, up to date, and compliant with industry standards.
Airline Liaison:
Maintain regular communication with airlines to ensure documentation aligns with their current requirements.
Procedures Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on procedural matters to staff and trainers.
Training Resource Management:
Develop and maintain a centralised library of training materials to support consistent and effective delivery.
Training Integration:
Collaborate closely with senior learning and development leadership to ensure corporate training content is effectively integrated.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on training performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
Software Implementation:
Lead the adoption and use of new software tools to enhance training efficiency and document control.
Innovation:
Contribute to the development of innovative methods for delivering training that support operational goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in training management, procedural development, or a related field
Strong knowledge of SOPs within the airline or aviation industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in training software and document management systems
Strong analytical skills for reporting and process improvement
Experience working in a multi-region, international business (desirable)
