We are currently looking for experienced tutors to support in-person at our Hayes centre.

You must be available for the following hours:

Wednesdays 4:30-6:30pm

Thursdays 4:30-6:30pm

Saturdays 12:30-2:30pm

About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic A-Level Economics and/or Maths Tutor to join our growing team. You'll lead small group sessions (3-4 students per class) focused on building confidence, improving understanding, and achieving strong results in A-Level Economics/Maths.

Candidate must be completing or have completed a degree, in relevant field relating to Economics/Maths.

Responsibilities

Teach engaging and well-structured A-Level Economics/Maths lessons in small groups of 3-4 students. Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities. Provide clear, constructive feedback and progress updates to parents. Inspire students to enjoy learning and think critically about real-world economic issues. Support students with exam preparation, essay writing, and analytical skills. Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

Requirements

Experience

tutoring or teaching

A-Level Economics/Maths

(essential). Currently

studying towards

or

holding a degree

in

Economics/Maths

or a related field. Strong subject knowledge and communication skills. A genuine passion for helping students learn and succeed. Organised, reliable, and able to lead small group sessions confidently. Excellent interpersonal skills with both students and parents.
