You will translate global direction into standout local programs that resonate with SMEs--delivering campaigns, launches, content, and events that build brand influence and drive measurable results. The role offers strong visibility, cross-market ownership (UK/FR/DE/IT)and room to scale ideas with solid resources and support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Localization and execution of marketing initiatives
o Turn global positioning into local briefs, calendars, asset plans, and go-live schedules.
o Plan and run integrated brand campaigns, promotional programs, events, and new product go-to-market (GTM) launches end to end.
o Own the full workflow from planning through execution: creative development, content calendars, channel plans, distribution, and amplification.
o Set and deliver communications KPIs; build brand awareness and consideration across Europe.
2. Communication channel development and operations
o Build and operate a multi-channel matrix to reach SMEs: social (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube), influencers/KOLs, communities, partner co-marketing, and offline touchpoints.
o Maintain a consistent publishing cadence and keep channels performing.
o Source, brief, and manage influencers and creators; negotiate deliverables; track and optimize performance.
o Pilot new channels and formats; run test-and-learn programs and scale what works.
o Tap into local trends to boost reach, engagement, and shareability.
3. Content Creation and Planning:
o Understand popular content formats in local markets, tapping into trending topics to create engaging and creative brand communication content that enhances communication efficiency with target audiences.

Position Requirement




Qualifications
o 3-7 years in brand/communications marketing in Europe, with multi-country execution experience.
o Proven success delivering integrated campaigns, product launches, and events end to end.
o Strong experience operating social, influencer/KOL, community, co-marketing, and offline event channels.
o Excellent copywriting and creative briefing skills; comfortable producing social-first and short-form video content.
o Proficient with analytics and marketing platforms; comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
o Fluent English; an additional European language (French, German, or Italian) is a plus.
o Strong project and vendor management; bias for action and speed; ability to drive alignment and hit deadlines.
o Self-starter with strong ownership and collaboration skills; willing to travel across Europe as needed.
