Aligner Sales Consultants

to handle qualified leads and close treatment plans daily.

The Role



As an Aligner Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for potential patients exploring orthodontic treatment through our

Swift Flex

system.

Your job?
Convert curiosity into confidence - and conversations into committed patients.

You'll handle inbound virtual consultations, educate patients on treatment benefits, and walk them through the steps to getting started with Swift Flex - all with empathy, professionalism, and a strong commercial mindset.

What You'll Be Doing



Run

high-impact virtual consultations

with prospective patients

Qualify

, build rapport, uncover pain points, and create desire Present

Swift Flex treatment plans

with clarity and confidence Handle objections like a pro and

close the deal

on the call Break down finance options and reinforce value Manage your pipeline and hit daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Follow up with no-shows and fence-sitters to

maximise conversions


About You



Proven sales experience

- ideally in high-ticket, consultative environments Confidence selling over video or phone Target-driven mindset - you love chasing goals and smashing records Strong emotional intelligence - know when to push, when to pause Organised, proactive, and accountable - a true self-starter Dental/aesthetic/healthcare sales experience is a bonus - but not essential
